Description
2021, a vintage of patience and high standards! A start to winter marked by an alternation of cool and mild periods. In April, a historic frost episode which quantitatively reduced the harvest. A very rainy spring followed by a summer season that was slow to settle in and was generally quite cool. A very nice late season in September and October, beneficial for maintaining the aromatic freshness of the grapes and a perfect acidity-alcohol balance.
