Description
The Jurançon Sec appellation is made from a blend of Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng grapes. To the north of the appellation lies a road lined with plane trees, along which salt was transported from Salies de Béarn to Pau. This salt route is known here as the ‘Cami Salié’.
