Corsica, a veritable mountain in the sea, is cradled by sea breezes. Thanks to this unique environment, the island produces highly distinctive wines, made from blends of Corsican and international grape varieties.
The grapes come from carefully selected estates on the best terroirs on Corsica's east coast.
Viticulture: The producers, deeply attached to respect for the terroir and the vines, are constantly seeking the original expression of each grape variety.
Vinification: The grapes are pressed at low temperature and the first juices are carefully selected. The wine is then aged and fermented cold, preserving all its freshness and aromatic expression.
