Produced by Mas du Novi, a producer based in Montagnac in the Hérault, Domaine du Saut de l'Aigue bears the Languedoc appellation.
Terroir : Situated on a slope, the Mas du Novi vineyard extends over more than 50 hectares around the farmhouse and is planted on marl-sand, limestone-silt, sandy-stony and sandstone soils.
