Ninkasi Whisky Chardonnay is the distillery's first permanent single malt. It is blended from new French oak casks and ex-chardonnay and viognier casks. Once the bottle is opened, aromas of tonka bean and salted butter toffee mingle with a background of white grapes. Stewed apricots and plums coat your palate. The finish is long and smooth. A light smoky note reminiscent of fresh lemon thyme rounds off the experience.
