Founded in 1808 by Apolline Henriot, the house is now one of the most prestigious in the Champagne region, thanks to its ancestral know-how and unique expertise in promoting Chardonnay. Viticulture: A strict set of specifications imposed by Maison Henriot ensures that the grapes are of the highest quality, either produced in-house or through partnerships with winegrowers. The vineyards are cultivated using sustainable methods. The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification: Henriot Brut Souverain is made from more than 25 crus from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. It is aged for 3 years in the estate's cellars.
