Terroir: Located on the prestigious Montagne de Reims Nature Park estate, Canard Duchêne's terroirs lie on chalk, sand, clay and limestone soils. Viticulture: 60 crus are selected by the house to produce a perfect marriage of Pinot and Chardonnay. Vinification: Produced using the Méthode Champenoise, Cuvée Léonie is aged for 3 years in the cellar at a dosage of 10 g/litre.
