Founded in 1929, Les Vignerons de Mancey, just a few kilometres from Tournus and the Saône river, lies at the heart of a privileged region. The Cave's terroir lies at the foot of the Mâconnais hills, an open region of gentle curves over which the vines climb. The vines alternate with meadows and woods. Les Vignerons de Mancey currently brings together the production of some 80 winegrowers, representing 140 hectares of vines spread over 8 communes around Mancey. We vinify grapes from all the Burgundy grape varieties - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Aligoté and Gamay - which thrive in the terroirs of the Mâconnais. We go to great lengths to select the best terroirs: ‘Because none of the pebbles in their soil is like any other’.
