
Located between land and sea, Domaine de l’Olivette produces rosé, red and white wines in the Bandol controlled appellation. Terroir: Spread out facing the Mediterranean, the vines rest on soil of stones and rocks. Viticulture: The harvest is manual. Vinification: Cold skin maceration is carried out for certain grape varieties. Direct pressing is also carried out before clarification of the must and fermentation for 15 to 20 days.
