LES ENRACINES SS SOUF AJOUTE

Les Enracinés is a 100% original wine, made from the Chardonnay grape variety and planted around the Chardonnay village north of Mâcon. Here, this king grape variety has been cultivated since the 11th century by generations of winegrowers, 'rooted' in the land where they were born and who cultivate their vines with passion. It is a project that was developed by Grégory Barbet, owner and winemaker in Southern Burgundy. Terroirs: We select plots which are planted around the village of Chardonnay, a renowned terroir nicknamed the 'Dalle Nacrée'. These are predominantly limestone soils which have the characteristic of producing pure and delicate wines. Vinification: Vinification and bottling are done without adding sulphites with aging on fine lees for 6 months.
