Description
In 1931, the Cave des Vignerons de Buxy was born from the desire of winegrowers from the Côte Chalonnaise to come together to vinify, mature and market their wines. Located in the heart of Burgundy Wine Region, the Côte Chalonnaise expresses all its nuances. Vinification: Aging on fine lees, in vats and partially in barrels. Terroir: steep and composed of marly limestone and clay, and covered with tiny fossilized shells.
