A multitude of regional grape varieties combined with the 'classic' grape varieties of the appellations, for blends seeking fruitiness and freshness, which adapt to changing desires and tastes. Each year, Nicolas oenologists evaluate the quality of the new vintages and blend them to give the best possible expression of the vintage. This exclusive blend, made with method and rigor, then requires bottling under excellent control conditions both from a health point of view and respect for the original quality of the wines.
