Founded in Beaune in 1880, Maison Joseph Drouhin operates 73 hectares of vines spread throughout Burgundy: Chablis, Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise with a majority of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus. Viticulture: Maison Joseph Drouhin completes its supply of grapes and wines from partner suppliers. The house seeks to preserve its terroirs with viticultural practices in sustainable, organic and biodynamic agriculture. Vinification: Maceration for 2 to 3 weeks with temperature control precedes aging for 12 to 15 months in oak barrels (10% new).
