
Founded in 1808 by Apolline Henriot, the house is today among the most prestigious in Champagne thanks to ancestral know-how and unique skills linked to the promotion of Chardonnay. Viticulture: Strict specifications imposed by Maison Henriot make it possible to obtain quality harvests produced by the house or through partnerships established with winegrowers. The vineyards are worked using sustainable farming methods. The harvest is manual. Vinification: Composed of more than 25 vintages from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, Henriot Brut Souverain champagne is aged for 3 years in the estate's cellars.
