PATRIARCHE ROSE

Founded in 1780 by Jean-Baptiste Patriarche, the Patriarche estate today continues its heritage as a merchant breeder to contribute to the influence of the Burgundian terroir.   Terroir: Patriarche wines and sparkling wines aim to highlight the different climates of Burgundy.   Viticulture: The harvests come from the entire Burgundian terroir thanks to unique and strict partnerships put in place with wine growers.   Vinification: This sparkling wine is produced using the traditional method with aging for 15 to 22 months in the vaulted cellars of the Couvant des Visitandines de Beaune.
