Description
Domaine La Cabanette is owned by the Chantal and Jean Philippe Bertoncino family, and Chantal is vice-president of the Cave. She was the first winegrower to go organic in 2008.
The vineyard extends over the 3 terroirs of the Appellation (Lauzes, sand and pebbles).
The estate is very keen to encourage biodiversity and regularly carries out reforestation work in its vineyards. Most of the vines are planted in gobelets, requiring manual harvesting in some cases.
