Terroir: This 21-hectare estate lies on a clay plateau with gravel and a subsoil composed of iron and clay.
Viticulture: The vines are on average 35 years old, with 50% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.
The grapes are harvested when they have reached ideal maturity.
Vinification: Fermentation lasts several weeks in temperature-controlled vats, followed by traditional ageing in oak barrels. The wines are bottled on average 18 months after harvesting.
