Description
The vineyard is located on the edge of the Thau pond, between the scrubland and the sea. The Mediterranean climate limits daily thermal variations. The sea breeze limits the rise in temperature during the day, the mass of water in the pond constitutes a thermal buffer which slows down the drop in temperature at night.
