
A magnificent pale pink color, aromas of fresh fruit, refreshing acidity. Here is Miraval's interpretation of the terroirs of Provence. The grapes are essentially harvested in the morning, then sorted and destemmed. Direct pressing for Cinsault, Grenache and Rolle. Syrah is vinified by bleeding. Vinification in stainless steel vats, under temperature control (95%) and in barrels (5%) with stirring.
