Château Minuty is a magnificent estate located on the Saint-Tropez peninsula. This authentic 18th-century Provencal property boasts a chapel and an imposing Napoleon III building that are a delight to visitors. - Terroir: The Château's 70-hectare vineyard, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, is planted with old Provençal grape varieties that have been rigorously selected and spread over the hillsides of Gassin according to the nobility of the terroir and its exposure. - Viticulture: The 65 hectares of vineyards are cultivated in the traditional way (with no use of herbicides or pesticides) to allow the traditional Provençal grape varieties to express themselves to the full on this terroir, which benefits from exceptional sunshine. - Vinification: Direct pressing, rigorous settling and low-temperature fermentation.
