
Located between Sorgues and Châteauneuf du Pape, the Château des Fines Roches is distinguished by its medieval-looking architecture with battlements, machicolations and mullioned windows dating from the 19th century. The estate has belonged to the Mousset family since 1832. • Terroir: Spread over 45 hectares, the estate is based on pebble soil and clay subsoil. • Viticulture: The vines are on average 40 years old with a grape variety made up of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Muscardin and Mourvèdre. • Vinification: The wine is aged in tuns for 12 months after vatting in stainless steel vats for 21 days.
