ST-GERMAIN® is a French liqueur made from fresh elderflowers hand-picked once a year in spring, when they give off their full aroma and flavour. These flowers give rise to a refined, exceptional liqueur produced by a unique manufacturing process inspired by French know-how. On the nose, fruity and floral notes come together, while hints of exotic fruit, grapefruit and pear combine with a touch of citrus and a delicate sweetness on the palate. These subtle flavours give way to an extremely fresh finish.
