
With ancestral know-how shared by 12 generations, the Muré family has evolved with the times. Terroir: Located in Rouffach, the vineyard is based on clay-limestone soil. Viticulture: The average age of the vines used for this Crémant d’Alsace is 20 years. Only completely healthy grapes are used for this sparkling wine. Vinification: Without crushing or destemming, the grapes are entirely pressed and ferment in tuns for 12 months on fine lees with stirring before a second fermentation on slats in the bottle.
