ETSU PACIFIC OCEAN WATER

The attack is frank and salty, giving way to a lovely complexity of bitter orange, juicy mandarin and white pepper. All carried by a beautiful finesse and a great citrus character.

The finish is rich and expressive, with fresh and candied mandarin, a salty persistence and notes of orange peel and grapefruit zest. A beautiful balance between freshness, richness and complexity.
