

Since 1952, the spirit of Alsace wine. The Cave's 170 winegrowing families have been working together for over 70 years, pooling their resources to produce wine at Château de Hoen in Beblenheim.
530 hectares of vines are cultivated according to the principles of integrated viticulture, a commitment rewarded by HVE 3 certification.
Terroir : The vines are mainly planted on marl-limestone soil.
Viticulture: Integrated viticulture is used to preserve the vines through environmentally-friendly practices.
Vinification: After gentle pneumatic pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, the wines are matured in vats.
