

Region: Barton et Guestier wines are produced in Provence, in the south-east of France, in the ‘Maures’ valley.
Soil: Clay-limestone with schist.
Climate: Mediterranean, very sunny, dry and windy.
Vinification: The grapes are carefully selected from the finest terroirs in Provence and vinified by us in our own grape-picking room in Vidauban.
Meticulous care is taken with the harvest to avoid oxidation and preserve a light colour - destemming - skin maceration - pressing - alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (16-18°C).
Ageing: On fine lees for 2 months before bottling.
