Description
After three centuries of history, the Château de Fonscolombe is once again opening its doors. Previously strictly private, this listed historic monument is now a 5-star hotel. The estate is in an exceptional setting, at the crossroads of the Luberon and Mont Sainte-Victoire. The 40 hectares of vines benefit from a continental climate. This cool terroir, with its clay-limestone soils, brings a lovely freshness and finesse to this rosé wine.
