The cradle of Corsica's traditional vineyards lies on the slopes of the eastern coast and in the inland Golo valley. It backs onto the rocky ridges that rise to an altitude of 1,200 meters. A range of rich terroirs can be found here. Terroir: The terroirs are located on Corsica's east coast.
Viticulture: Tillage, natural weeding and yield control.
Vinification: Grapes come mainly from carefully selected estates (only from Appellation d'Origine Protégée).
Fermentation takes place in Mythos tanks (Italian technology used on the great wines of Tuscany). Fermentation temperatures are perfectly controlled.
The wine is aged in stainless steel vats for a minimum of 12 months before bottling.
