Description
Dark garnet colour with brick tints. Discreet nose, needs opening, then notes of black pepper, menthol, liquorice and redcurrant gratin, hint of cocoa. Velvety, fleshy, vinous attack, good tension. Lovely character with candied cherry and dark chocolate, lovely finesse. Full-bodied finish, with hints of mocha and bay leaf sauce.
