DOMAINE DE L'AIGLE PINOT NOIR IGP HTE VALLEE AUDE

Domaine de l'Aigle, located near the village of Roquetaillade, near Limoux at the foot of the Pyrenees, is a 47 hectare property between 250 and 500 meters above sea level, thus representing one of the highest vineyards in Haute Aude Valley and all of Languedoc. The vines planted with Pinot Noir find climatic conditions close to their original Burgundy: oceanic type with a semi-continental tendency with regular rains and a strong thermal amplitude. The grapes come from sustainable agriculture, in compliance with the Terra Vitis approach, which guarantees traceability of growing practices verified by an independent organization.
