
In 1931, the Cave des Vignerons de Buxy was born of the desire of Côte Chalonnaise winegrowers to join forces to vinify, mature and market their wines. Situated at the heart of Burgundy wine-growing, the Côte Chalonnaise expresses all its nuances.Vinification: Aged on fine lees in vats and partly in barrels.Terroir : Sloping, composed of marly limestone and clay, covered with tiny fossilised shells.
