
Located in Aÿ and founded in 1996 by Jean-Louis Malard, the young Malard champagne house aims to be family-run and independent. Viticulture: The grapes are supplied from winegrowers from the Premiers and Grands Crus terroirs of the region. Vinification: Made using the Champagne method, the grape varieties of this champagne are composed of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay.
