Terroir: Located on the prestigious Montagne de Reims Nature Park estate, Canard Duchêne's terroirs lie on chalk, sand, clay and limestone soils.
Viticulture: 60 crus are selected by the house to produce a perfect marriage of Pinot and Chardonnay.
Vinification: This champagne is made according to the Champenoise method: it meets all the production requirements of the region. Cuvée Léonie is aged for 3 years in the cellar, with a dosage of 10g of sugar per litre.
