The attack is round and generous, marked by a slight sweetness and full volume. The character evokes a modern, very expressive vinification, with white flowers, ripe apricot and a hint of mango.

The finish is frank, lingering on elderflower syrup and exotic fruits, with a tangy tension and a delicate peppery touch.
