2021, a vintage of patience and high standards!
- The start of winter was marked by alternating periods of cool and mild weather.
- In April, a historic frost episode reduced the harvest.
- A very rainy spring, followed by a summer that was slow to take hold and generally quite cool.
- A very fine late season in September and October, which helped to keep the aromatic freshness of the grapes and a perfect acidity-alcohol balance.
